Fairbanks, Alaska
Volunteer officers and organizers of AIM-COMM's bullseye pistol shooting league program met Thursday evening at the Alaska Department of Fish and Game Hunter Education Indoor Shooting Range and made the decision to add a .22 rim-fire pistol league to Friday nights this winter, from late January through March 16. The .22 league will run concurrently with the already scheduled center-fire pistol winter league that will be conducted during the same dates - on Wednesday evenings. The center-fire league was consolidated to one evening (Wednesdays) which allows for conducting a .22 league on Friday evenings at the range.
Online registration at www.aimcomm.org is now open for the newly added .22 pistol league. There is room for 20 regular shooters and five alternate shooters on the .22 league. The cost is $150 for regular shooters and $50 for alternates. There is also a $20 annual AIM-COMM activity fee and a $10 league fee for those who have not yet paid these fees for the 2011-2012 AIM-COMM league season (Sep-May).
The schedule for the .22 rim-fire pistol league is as follows:
